Input Untuk Bajet 2013

YAB Dato' Seri, Terlebih dahulu saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada YAB Dato' Seri kerana telah memberi pelbagai bantuan kewangan kepada rakyat Malaysia dan terbaru ialah Bonus setengah bulan kepada penjawat awam. Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kerana cadangan saya pada tahun lepas telah diambilkira oleh YAB di mana saya telah mencadangkan supaya rakyat Malaysia yang berusia 12 tahun ke atas di beri Bonus Tahunan RM1000. Alhamdulillah cadangan tersebut telah diolah dan kerajaan telah memberi BR1M, Bantuan RM100 bagi pelajar sekolah rendah dan menengah, bantuan elaun buku bagi pelajar pengajiam tinggi dan macam-macam lagi bantuan kepada golongan tertentu. Pada tahun ini saya ingin mencadangkan supaya nilai bayaran yang boleh ditolak dalam pengiraan cukai di naikkan. Cadangan saya -pengecualian RM8,000 untuk diri dan ibubapa dinaikkan kepada satu jumlah yang lebih dari RM10,000., potongan untuk internet/komunikasi dari RM500 kepada RM1000. Kalau dilihat dari fakta yang diberikan iaitu kurang 10% pembayar cukar di Malaysia.Pada hakikatnya ramai lagi rakyart Malaysia yang layak membayar cukai. Maknanya kerajaan perlu mencari jalan supaya orang yang berniaga atau kerja sendiri tetapi mendapat pendapatan lumayan juga perlu membayar cukai. Sepatutnya setiap individu 21 tahun ke atas perlu membuka akaun cukai pendapatan. Mereka mesti kena declare pendapatan masing-masing. dengan cara itu, peratus pembayar cukai akan meningkat. Dari declaration cukai dari setiap rakyat, kerajaan melalui LHDN boleh membuat analisis mana-mana individu yang mendapat income sedikit (mengikut yang disubmit) maka bolehlah kerana bantu golongan tersebut supaya mereka dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka supaya merekan tergolong dikalangan rakyat yang mampu bayar cukai) Saya juga ingin mencadangkan kajian dibuat supaya rakyat Malaysia lebih bersopan di masa akan datang. Pada masa ini terlalu ramai anak gadis yang berseluar pendek dan yang mendedahkan dada. tak kira umat Islam atau bukan Islam. Boleh tak kerajaan cari satu standard cara berpakaian rakyat Malaysia (Sederhana Sopan) dan galakkan berpakaian sedemikian. Boleh implemen secara berperingkat. Jika di pusat beli belah misalnya 'rakyat Malaysia tidak dibenarkan berpakaian begini begini begini.' YAB, Saya sayangkan Malaysia dan saya mahu Malaysia aman damai dulu, kini dan selamanya. Oleh yang demikian, saya syorkan pemantauan dibuat bagi memastikan semua mekanisma yang dirancang oleh kerajaan dilaksanakan oleh orang yang diberi tanggungjawab. Saya lihat di kampung-kampung ramai penduduk yang terlibat dengan gejala dadah dan pengangguran. Penduduk tanpa haluan sedangkan di kampung-kampung tu banyak sumber yang boleh dimanfaatkan. Bila sebut kampung, kerajaan telah ada mekanisme nya ialah ada ketua kampung, ada penghulu ada ajkk. di atasnya ada wakil rakyat, ada wakil parlimen dan sebagainya. Saya berpandangan jika semua menjalankan tugas dengan sempurna, pengangguran dan penagihan dadah atau kecurian dapat dihapuskan. Penghulu atau ketua kampung perlu adakan mesyuarat dengan penduduk tanya khabar, tanya anak-anak penduduk adatak yang belum ada kerja, ada tak yang terlibat gejala negatif. Jika kampung tu ramai penduduk pecahkan ketua kampung mengikut zon. yang penting adakan perbincangan dengan masyarakat dan selesai isu dengan bantuan wakil rakyat dan wakil parlimen. Yang penting adalah mesyuarat berjadual dengan penduduk kampung dan selesaikan isu-isu berbangkit. Kerajaan pula beri pengiktirafan kepada kampung mana yang paling selamat. Susun dan publishkan ranking kampung. Setakat ini dahulu cadangan saya. banyak lagi.....tapi saya beri peluang kepada orang lain pulak. A Liked Reply

O Children of Israel!!

40. O Children of Israel! Remember My blessings which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill your pledge to Me, and I will fulfill My pledge to you, and fear Me. 41. And believe in what I revealed, confirming what is with you; and do not be the first to deny it; and do not exchange My revelations for a small price; and be conscious of Me. 42. And do not mix truth with falsehood, and do not conceal the truth while you know. 43. And attend to your prayers, and practice regular charity, and kneel with those who kneel. 44. Do you command people to virtuous conduct, and forget yourselves, even though you read the Scripture? Do you not understand? 45. And seek help through patience and prayer. But it is difficult, except for the devout. 46. Those who know that they will meet their Lord, and that to Him they will return.

Satan caused Adam to slip from Garden (heaven)

35. We said, “O Adam, inhabit the Garden, you and your spouse, and eat from it freely as you please, but do not approach this tree, lest you become wrongdoers.” 36. But Satan caused them to slip from it, and caused them to depart the state they were in. We said, “Go down, some of you enemies of one another. And you will have residence on earth, and enjoyment for a while.” 37. Then Adam received words from his Lord, so He relented towards him. He is the Relenting, the Merciful. 38. We said, “Go down from it, all of you. Yet whenever guidance comes to you from Me, then whoever follows My guidance—they have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve. 39. But as for those who disbelieve and reject Our signs—these are the inmates of the Fire—wherein they will remain forever.”

Allah, Angels, Human and Satan

28. How can you deny God, when you were dead and He gave you life, then He will put you to death, then He will bring you to life, then to Him you will be returned? 29. It is He who created for you everything on earth, then turned to the heaven, and made them seven heavens. And He is aware of all things. 30. When your Lord said to the angels, “I am placing a successor on earth.” They said, “Will You place in it someone who will cause corruption in it and shed blood, while we declare Your praises and sanctify You?” He said, “I know what you do not know.” 31. And He taught Adam the names, all of them; then he presented them to the angels, and said, “Tell Me the names of these, if you are sincere.” 32. They said, “Glory be to You! We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. It is you who are the Knowledgeable, the Wise.” 33. He said, “O Adam, tell them their names.” And when he told them their names, He said, “Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of the heavens and the earth, and that I know what you reveal and what you conceal?” 34. And We said to the angels, “Bow down to Adam.” They bowed down, except for Satan. He refused, was arrogant, and was one of the disbelievers.

الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ فِرَاشًا وَالسَّمَاءَ بِنَاءً وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَندَادًا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ (22) Who has made the earth your couch, and the heavens your canopy; and sent down rain from the heavens; and brought forth therewith Fruits for your sustenance; then set not up rivals unto Allah when ye know (the truth). وَإِن كُنتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوا بِسُورَةٍ مِّن مِّثْلِهِ وَادْعُوا شُهَدَاءَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ (23) And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Sura like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (If there are any) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true. فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَلَن تَفْعَلُوا فَاتَّقُوا النَّارَ الَّتِي وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ ۖ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ (24) But if ye cannot- and of a surety ye cannot- then fear the Fire whose fuel is men and stones,- which is prepared for those who reject Faith. وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا مِنْهَا مِن ثَمَرَةٍ رِّزْقًا ۙ قَالُوا هَٰذَا الَّذِي رُزِقْنَا مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَأُتُوا بِهِ مُتَشَابِهًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ (25) But give glad tidings to those who believe and work righteousness, that their portion is Gardens, beneath which rivers flow. Every time they are fed with fruits therefrom, they say: "Why, this is what we were fed with before," for they are given things in similitude; and they have therein companions pure (and holy); and they abide therein (for ever). ۞ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا ۚ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا ۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ إِلَّا الْفَاسِقِينَ (26) Allah disdains not to use the similitude of things, lowest as well as highest. Those who believe know that it is truth from their Lord; but those who reject Faith say: "What means Allah by this similitude?" By it He causes many to stray, and many He leads into the right path; but He causes not to stray, except those who forsake (the path),- الَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ (27) Those who break Allah´s Covenant after it is ratified, and who sunder what Allah Has ordered to be joined, and do mischief on earth: These cause loss (only) to themselves.

Alif-Lam-Mim. This is the Book (the Qur'an), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqun [the pious and righteous persons who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. Who believe in the Ghaib and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and spend out of what we have provided for them [i.e. give Zakat , spend on themselves, their parents, their children, their wives, etc., and also give charity to the poor and also in Allah's Cause - Jihad, etc.]. And who believe in (the Qur'an and the Sunnah) which has been sent down (revealed) to you (Muhammad Peace be upon him ) and in [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), etc.] which were sent down before you and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter. (Resurrection, recompense of their good and bad deeds, Paradise and Hell, etc.). They are on (true) guidance from their Lord, and they are the successful. Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe. Allah has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearings, (i.e. they are closed from accepting Allah's Guidance), and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be a great torment. And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day" while in fact they believe not. They (think to) deceive Allah and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not! In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "We are only peacemakers." Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not. And when it is said to them (hypocrites): "Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad Peace be upon him , Al-Ansar and Al-Muhajirun) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not. And when they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe," but when they are alone with their Shayatin (devils - polytheists, hypocrites, etc.), they say: "Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking." Allah mocks at them and gives them increase in their wrong-doings to wander blindly. These are they who have purchased error for guidance, so their commerce was profitless. And they were not guided. Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindled a fire; then, when it lighted all around him, Allah took away their light and left them in darkness. (So) they could not see. They are deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not (to the Right Path). Or like a rainstorm from the sky, wherein is darkness, thunder, and lightning. They thrust their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunderclap for fear of death. But Allah ever encompasses the disbelievers (i.e. Allah will gather them all together). The lightning almost snatches away their sight, whenever it flashes for them, they walk therein, and when darkness covers them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Certainly, Allah has power over all things. O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allah), Who created you and those who were before you so that you may become Al-Muttaqun. For more details, read the Quran...
